Almost ordinary cinnamon buns

A couple of days ago it was ”The cinnamon bun day” and since I didn’t have time to bake on monday, I did it last night.

I heard someone accidently added black pepper instead of cinamon once they where baking buns. And that became a success. So why not?! I added both black pepper and cinnamon, used birch sugar to 🙂 Of course spelled flour, milk, butter, yeast and salt. Brusched with egg.

Result: The buns became tasty, but I realized I was a little to careful when adding the black pepper. Next time, I’m gonna go for it properly 😉

Have nice day! I know I’m having a great coffe time today 😀 /Majsan

My ”almost ordinary cinnamon buns” 🙂

Just ordinary breadbuns – baked with as little effort as possible

I’ll eat one tonight, even though it’s a breakfast bread 😉
Spelled and Graham flour, water, rapeseed oil, syrup, yeast and salt. It doesn’t take much time, to make it. I blend every ingredients in 10 min. Prue for 40 min. Bake out the buns in 10 min. Prue them 15 min. Bake in the owen 3×10 min. So it’s about 30 minutes work and in the meantime (1 hour and 20 min) waitng for something to happen 😃

I hope you’ll have a nice evening! /Majsan

Cupcake meatloaf

It started as a joke, by one of my workmates. Today I maked it for real 😀

Minced meat filled with onion, arugula salad, cauliflower, paprika and kidney beans. Really tasty! And very conveniant to save for the coming week lunchtimes.

Cravings for licorice

I was having this huge craving for licorice caramel. And since I’ve cooked my own home made caramel so many times, I had to try it out with licorice this time.

Plane home made caramel with licorice powder and salt. On top, chocolate ganache. Yummy!

I wish you a nice day! /Majsan

Greek country bread

That’s what we call it in Sweden. A loaf bread I’ve baked with spelled flour and oliv oil. So tasty as toasted with just butter or combine with a marmelade you like. It’s two loaf bread, that fermented together 🙂

I wish you a nice day! /Majsan
