And I mean potato, not sweet potato. Eat it for breakfast or lunch, if you like. A sponge cake baked with low glycemic index. Eggs, coconut sugar, rapeseed oil, milk, spelled flour, baking Soda, boiled potato cut into small cubes and a little salt.
Since I at the moment don’t want to eat sugar I haven’t been baking for a while. But today my desire to bake, became to big to resist! 😎😅 So I throw this cookies together freehanded.
Coconut choklate cookies, baked with low carb ingredients 😃 Eggs, coconut sugar, butter, cacao, grated coconut and salt. And a bonus for some, it’s also free from gluten.
They where so tasty, so I’ll probably bake them som other time to. /Majsan
Todays baking experience, a Sponge cake. And the result became a new hit regarding the flavor, thanks to the chickpea flour 😋
I fantasized together the ingredients. Spelled and chickpea flour, eggs, sugar, butter, crème fraiche, vanilla sugar, baking soda, salt and upon all cashew and Brazil nuts. I’ll make some coffe and enjoy…
One of the best things in the summer is being able to eat my breakfast outside 🤩 Don’t throw your “leftover-müsli” away! If no one aspires to eat it, bake on it 😃Today I enjoyed a breakfast with buns baked with spelled flour, Müsli, milk, rapsed oil, syrup, yeast and salt. And also it contributes to not waste food 👍
A very tasty bread I baked with few ingredients. The experiment was, how would the dough act with booth sourdough and yeast, for the fermentation? Well, not like I had wished it would. It didn’t rise more, it acted like I just had added yeast in it.
But conciddering that the ingredients was just: Water, sourdough, yeast, salt, sirup, spelled flour and graham flour, the result became really nice. So in this moment I’m just about to enjoy it. Sanwiches with butter and cheese. A cup of coffee and the day can begin 😃
This is a favorite I’ve made many times 😄😋 Preferably for my childrens birthday partiets. It tastes just like a Snickers bar. Here I got 48 pieces. Rice crispies cereal, syrup, peanut butter, grated coconut, vanilla sugar and on top of it, melted chocolate. I wish you a nice weekend 🙏 /Majsan
I don’t like the feeling of biting in a whole raisin in bread, so I asked my fantasy how to get the flavor without feeling the actual raisins? So, I soked raisins in glögg, for a cuple of days. Mixed them with sugar, melted butter and a little, little potato flour. The I rolled three layers of the saffron dough, shaped them as a ❤️ an between them I spread the mix with raisins. Brushed it with egg and then baked. And there I had my Chrismas saffron bread. Really tasty with the soked raisins flavor 😋
It was just in time I baked my Swedish “lussekatter”. It’s like a bun flavored with saffron and it often has the shape of an S and a raisin in the rolling in on each side. At seven o’clock tomorrow morning, the traditional yearly Lucia celebration takes place. So before I go to work I’m enjoying the show on TV. And a must, is lussekatter, gingerbread and a cup of glögg. When I was still on I baked some saffron buns, filled with almond mass.
Chocolate and salted caramel. It was a bit tricky to melt the sugar for the salted caramel and sticky to get the chocolate into the form. So the result surprised me. I never thought they would look so good!
This bread became one of my best👌Very juicy and tasty 😋
Spelled flour, squash, sour milk, yeast, olive oil, black pepper, syrup and salt. Thanks to a friend of mine, who’s fantastic at growing vegetables and stuff, I got a piece of squash yesterday. And I have to tell you. Even though the piece was less then a quarter of the hole magnificent plant, it weighed 2 kilo! 🙃
