So tasty for breakfast-toast 😋 These loaves are increadibly easy to bake. Just make the dough, put it in ovenproof forms to prue. Then wait a couple of hours before baking them in the oven 😃
Spelled flour, water, oliv oil, salt and yeast. In one of the loaves I added dryed oregano. Suits well to use for warm sandwiches.
If you like, brush with egg and sprinkle seasamy seeds over before bake in the oven.

No oven required for this cake 😃 Totally vegan and also free from gluten 👍 I had cravings for something sweet to go along with my afternoon coffee. The result became a rather mighty sticky chokolate cake.
Cake: Oat and coco nut flour, dates, coco nut oil, coco nut butter, cacao powder and a pinch of salt. Garnish: Coco nut butter, coco nut sugar and 70% chokolate. At the top, small pieces of carrot.

Since I really like potatoes I love adding them in my pastries 😃 Today I tried a new variation of a loaf. Graham and spelled flour, rughly mashed potatoes, salt, syrp, yoghurt and bicarbonate. It became a really tasty bread, just the way I want it.
Now I’ll eat some more 😋/Majsan
As always my imagination had to get out 😉😎 Todays baking ended up in two attempt from the same dough. Buns with candied Pecan nuts and a loaf with carrot, cheese and eggs, in it.
The dough: spelled and some rye flour, yeast, salt, coconut sugar, rapseed oil and water.

Today I baked some breakfast bread from leftovers from oat, graham and rye flour. But the main ingredient was spelled flour. I ofcourse also added ingredients like yeast, water, salt, coconut sugar and rapseed oil.
So tomorrow morning I can enjoy these for breakfast sandwiches 😋 /Majsan
I really didn’t know what to expect from this trial… But it turned out very tasty an juicy 😋🙏 I wanted to make a spunge with low glycemic index, so I can enjoy it without second thoughts 😉

I ensured my collegues at work before I left, that they would be my guinea pigs when I came to visit, after making some of my baking experiement. So today they I’m gonna treat them with these for the nine o’clock fika 👍 The loaves prued a little more then I thought, so they became huge 😅
Spelled flour in a kind of pizza dough. Filling, one with tomato, cheese and chicken. The other one became a vegan variety with tomato, paprika and onion 😋
